First Step is a nonprofit staffing agency that started offering Westside Works students with direct hiring and transportation to jobs in 2019. Clients can seek positions in over 100 businesses in multiple sectors including: light industrial

First Step connects students who need immediate employment with opportunities, while also connecting them with other Westside Works services and training programs.
