In partnership with Levy Restaurants, the 6-week culinary arts course introduces students to kitchen safety protocols, international cuisine, baking and pastry, and restaurant simulations. Graduates will have a path to employment through Levy Restaurants venues, as well as dining establishments throughout metro Atlanta.

Juliet Peters Culinary Instructor, Levy Restaurants

Juliet Peters is a native of Oyster Bay, NY, for the last eight years she has served as a Culinary Instructor for The Levy Culinary Academy. Ms. Peters also serves on the City of Refuge’s 180° Culinary Arts Academy to provide practical culinary training to residents of Westside neighborhoods, which gives each student the foundation to be a culinary professional. Ms. Peters currently resides in downtown Decatur with her son, Jack and her rescue dog, Ernie. Ms. Peters has never been more fulfilled in her career and in her life and strives to continue to offer the best possible educational experience to her students.
